Description
Offshore wind project team leader at DNV in Paris, Dr Héraud works in the offshore wind industry since 2012 when he joined Garrad Hassan offshore wind projects team in Bristol. Since 2018, Dr Héraud provides technical support to the French government (DGEC) and RTE (France TSO) to de-risk the potential macro zones to be opened for tender in France. The scope includes performance of studies (geology desktop studies, UXO risk assessment, etc ..) and Owner Engineer services during reconnaissance surveys (geophysical and geotechnical) of the future tenders macro-zones.
