After graduating from Ecole Nationale d’Administration, François de Ricolfis has been working at the french Treasury (Ministry of finance) since 1989.
His main areas of expertise are in country risk, banking issues, project finance and export finance.
His recent posting include :
From 2006 to 2008, Deputy assistant secretary for export finance (Ministry of finance)
From 2008 to 2019, Mananging director the SGFGAS (french agency dealing with housing finance schemes for homeowners)
From 2019 to 2022, Head of the regional economic service in Beyrouth (covering Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Irak, Iran, Lebanon)
François de Ricolfis is currently economic counsellor at the Embassy of France in Greece, head of the regional economic service (Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania, Moldavie).
