Guillain Chapelon is Head of Market and Business Development at Skyborn Renewables since March 2026. From 2023, he led Skyborn Renewables France as Managing Director, notably overseeing the Fécamp and Calvados projects as well as the development of the French market.
A graduate engineer from École Polytechnique and Mines ParisTech, Guillain Chapelon has more than 15 years of experience in renewable energies, with strong expertise in project development and business development. He began his career in offshore wind at ENGIE, in particular as Bid Strategy Manager for the AO3 offshore wind tender near Dunkirk, before joining TotalEnergies as Project Director, where he led market entry strategies as well as M&A and tender activities, notably in Australia and Japan.
