Khalid ABDALLAOUI began his career at ENEDIS before joining RTE in 2001 as a forecasting management engineer. Over the years, he has held various senior management positions covering customer relations, medium and long-term power grid development studies, and commercial activities. In 2021, he was appointed Executive Director, successively in charge of engineering development and then infrastructure management. He also completed the 4th national session of the Institut des hautes études de la défense nationale (IHEDN) focused on “Maritime Issues and Strategies.” In 2025, he offically moved into the offshore sector as executive director RTE’s maritime projects and interconnection.
