Her portfolio spans both sides of the Atlantic, from Sunrise Wind in the United States to major offshore wind projects in France and Norway.
She specializes in aligning complex project interfaces and stakeholders to enable projects to move from strategy to successful delivery.
She founded Hero Engineering AS to support offshore wind projects through clear strategic thinking, strong execution, and a practical understanding of the industrial and supply chain realities shaping the sector.
She also brings an international executive perspective through her Global Executive MBA at IESE Business School and dual Master’s degrees in Civil/Structural Engineering and Environment & Development.
