Description
Benoit GILBERT has been General Manager of Vestas France since June 1st, 2023.
Before taking on this role, Benoit was responsible for Offshore Wind Sales for the Mediterranean region, and from 2017 to 2022, he served as Service Director for France, Spain and Portugal (14 GW).
Prior to joining Vestas, Benoit built over ten years of experience in renewable energy development and investment with Epuron Impax Asset Management and the Macquarie Group, as well as nearly ten years in the management of nuclear and hydroelectric projects across Europe, Asia and South America with Alstom and Areva NP.
Benoit is also a member of the Board of Directors of France Renouvelables.
