CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION
Participation in the Greek Offshore Renewable Energy Conference is open to professionals and organizations involved or interested in the offshore renewable energy sector. Eligible participants include, but are not limited to: 
▪ Companies, institutions, or associations active in offshore renewable energy and related sectors (engineering, services, R&D, policy, finance, etc.); 
▪ Governmental and regional authorities, research centers, universities, and professional organizations; 
▪ Media representatives covering energy, maritime, or environmental topics. 

Participation is subject to registration approval by the Organiser. 
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse, at its sole discretion, any registration request without being required to justify its decision. Furthermore, the Organiser may cancel a registration if new information emerges that would have justified its initial refusal. In such a case, the amount already paid will be refunded, and the participant shall not be entitled to any damages or compensation.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
Registration requests must be submitted to the Organiser via the official registration platform. Participation is nominative and valid only after payment (where applicable) and receipt of written confirmation from the Organiser.

In the event of cancellation by the participant, a written notice must be sent to the Organiser. If the cancellation occurs after the deadline indicated on the registration platform, no refund will be issued. 

The Organiser reserves the right to deny access or remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or contrary to the values of the event, without any right to compensation.

CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT
The Organiser sets the dates and location of the Conference. In the case of force majeure or events beyond the Organiser’s control, the dates and/or location may be changed.
If the Organiser is forced to postpone the Conference for reasons other than force majeure, it will notify registered participants as soon as possible. It is expressly agreed that participants cannot, for any reason whatsoever, bring any action against the Organiser in such cases.

The Organiser shall not be held liable for any commercial or personal prejudice that may result from a delay, modification, or cancellation of the event due to circumstances beyond its control.

INSURANCE
The Organiser underwrites direct third-party liability insurance. Such liability is limited to accidents and damages that might occur because of the building or facilities made available to Visitors and attributable to the Organiser or its personnel participating in the event.

Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage for travel, accommodation, and personal belongings.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING
During the event, photographs and video recordings may be taken by BLUESIGN SAS or its authorized service providers. 

By attending the event, participants acknowledge and agree that they may appear in such media, which may be used for promotional and communication purposes (website, brochures, press, social networks, etc.), without any financial compensation. 
If a participant does not wish to be photographed or filmed, they are invited to inform the organiser in advance at dpo@bluesign.eu.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The personal data collected under this contract are processed by BLUESIGN SAS, organiser of the Greek Offshore Renewable Energy Conference, for the purpose of managing registration, communication, and participation in the event.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), data subjects have the right to access, rectify, erase their personal data, as well as the right to object, restrict processing, and request portability of their data.

PENALTY CLAUSE AND CONTESTATION
By registering, the participant commits to payment of any applicable fees according to the deadlines set by the Organiser.
By express agreement, non-payment of any sum on its due date may lead to litigation and the application of interest calculated at the legal rate in force. 
All costs incurred in the context of litigation or an order for payment will be added to the debt. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Bordeaux (France) shall have sole jurisdiction. The French text of these rules is the authentic version.
