Make the whole industry aware of your research

There is not thriving industry without a strong related research to continue improving techniques and processes. It seems obvious, right? As a leading event for the offshore renewable energy industry, it only seems right for us to offer opportunities to showcase research and make it available to all players and, in this way, contribute in creating synergies between academic, public institutions and private companies of all sizes. In that perspective, Seanergy invites all academics (universities, research institutions, laboratories) & industrials to submit posters about their research, as long as an academic stakeholder is involved and it’s connected with one of the fields below.

*The poster submitter is exempt from the visitor pass fee and only pays the poster registration fee of €40 (excl. VAT).

Any other co-authors involved in the poster project wishing to attend Seanergy must purchase a visitor pass according to their registration category.

2026 editionBe the next award winners

A dedicated area at the heart of the exhibition will showcase all the selected posters, in format A0.

Authors will compete for three prizes:

*The Best Poster Award and the Special Jury Prize, determined by an expert jury

*The Participants’ Award, decided by a vote of Seanergy attendees

The posters will be evaluated by a jury of industry experts, who will base their decision on the best combination of clear presentation, innovation, and tangible contribution to both science and the offshore renewable energy sector.

The three winners will be announced during Seanergy and will have the opportunity to pitch their projects on stage during the Posters Awards Ceremony on Day 2, gaining high visibility among all Seanergy participants.

They will also benefit from post-event exposure across all our communication channels (social media posts, newsletters announcement, interview, etc).

SUBMISSION DEADLINES

> Submit your application via the form, with a concise abstract, presenting your research, methodology, and key findings related to offshore renewable energy.

>Submissions will be reviewed by the scientific committee to ensure relevance and quality.

>Authors will be informed by Bluesign once their research topics have been validated. Validation will occur continuously throughout this period.

Bluesign reserves the right to reject submissions that do not meet the application criteria.

>Successful submissions will be invited to prepare a Research Poster for on-site presentation at Seanergy.

>Selected authors must submit their final abstract and poster in PDF format, using the official templates provided later by email.

>The poster submitter is exempt from the visitor pass fee and only pays a €40 poster registration fee (excl. VAT), via a dedicated link that will be sent personally.

> Research Posters will be displayed at the heart of the exhibition area, offering direct interaction with industry professionals.

>The three winners will be announced during Seanergy and will pitch their projects on stage during the Posters Awards Ceremony.

Focus on the 2025 edition

A dedicated area at the heart of the exhibition space was dedicated to display the selected posters, for all participants to discover and enjoy. All posters were reviewed by the jury.
